Based in Calgary, Alberta, the staff at Carbon Capital has over 20 years of combined experience in the commercial lease, finance and equipment sales industries.

Through this experience, we have been able to forge relationships with lenders who are owned by Canada’s major banks, credit unions, and privately held corporations. These relationships allow us to provide a full suite of lease and finance options to your business with flexible payment terms and competitive pricing.

When it comes to purchasing new or used equipment for your business, the options are almost endless.  Likewise, the lease finance options can be equally confusing and even intimidating. Whether you’re looking to buy utility trailers, trucks, light/heavy duty construction equipment, woodworking, or survey equipment, we’re here to help. It’s our goal to simplify the process and take out the guesswork; allowing our customers to focus on sourcing the right piece of equipment for their business to succeed.

We understand the value of time.  Juggling a busy day to day business schedule and looking for funding can be time consuming, so allow us to align your business with the right lender that best suits your needs.  Approvals can be obtained in 24 hours and most transactions can be completed digitally.  In today’s evolving world, we value the importance of face to face meetings with our clients and are always available to meet with you according to your schedule.

The staff at Carbon Capital take a straight-forward approach to each request and believe we will earn your trust. We’re glad to provide advice or assistance at any time, and are not afraid to let you know if there are better options available for your business.  Give us the opportunity to earn your business today!

Ryan Cullum

Born and raised in Toronto, Ryan left home to pursue an education at the University of Ottawa.  While attending school, he was a member of the Gee-Gees Men’s Rugby Team for four years.  This lead to an opportunity to play for the National University of Ireland in Galway, Ireland for a year while continuing his education.  After graduation, Ryan accepted a job in Calgary, Alberta selling survey equipment, high precision GPS, and UAV’s.  After six successful years in sales with a rapidly growing company, Ryan joined Carbon Capital Corp. in July of 2016.  It was the lessons learned during this time as a sales representative that allowed him to understand how important a strong lease finance partner is for your business.  Ryan’s core business values are quite simple, communication and transparency, which are often over looked in today’s world.  Communication is the key to any transaction for both the seller and buyer to ensure all parties are informed, every step of the way.  It is his “pick up the phone” attitude that has allowed him to quickly succeed with a variety of vendors and end users across Canada.  Ryan actively covers Alberta and Saskatchewan and his key industries include:

  • Transportation (Trucks & Trailers)
  • Vocational vehicles
  • Survey Equipment
  • UAV’s
  • IT Technology
